Helpful staff and cheerful breakfast every morning.

The 'mountain view' promised was deceiving-I had to venture out to the common area to even catch a glimpse of the mountains. The room felt damp and uncomfortably cool, likely due to the weather. The limited restaurant options nearby made exploring rather inconvenient unless you had a motorbike.

The staff were accommodating, making every effort to ensure a pleasant stay, and the river view during breakfast was fine.

The lack of TV in the room might not be suitable for everyone, especially if you're looking for entertainment at night.

Plenty of food for breakfast, it was good! Have spent here 2 nights and our superior family room was huge. The location was stunning and beautiful, to the bus stop at 4am the morning we were leaving, and the view was stunning, too.

Great location with bars and restaurants close enough to the place. Good selection for breakfast.

my stay at this lovely homestay was fantastic, not only because the rooms weresuper clean and cozy, but also due to its proximity to the fine Phong Nha caves, just about 1.5 km away, and the beautiful Son River, roughly 3 km away, where I enjoyed peaceful strolls every morning and amazing views.

The views from my King Room with Mountain View were amazing, overlooking the lush mountains that surrounded the area. Each morning, I savored the delicious banana pancakes while watching the boats glide by along the river-such a perfect start to the day! The outdoor swimming pool was a fantastic spot to unwind, complete with sun loungers for ultimate relaxation.

The room was massive and super comfy. The meals were a delicious surprise-never ate out. The free bikes were perfect for exploring, and the riverside views from breakfast were just lovely. Definitely recommend!

Breakfast was stellar, with good Banh Mi and omelettes with river views. The pool provided a sweet escape from the sun while the staff helped with kayak tours was good.

It got a bit chilly at night under 10°C due to poor insulation, and while the space heater did help, I wished for a bit more warmth.

Super clean room, and fantastic food. The proximity to the river adds charm, and the free bike rentals were a great perk for exploring the area. The mountain view was less excellent than expected, and the restaurant options were limited were great. Despite these drawbacks, the overall experience was enjoyable and worth recommending.

The family who owns this charming spot were so attentive, always ready to assist with my needs. I enjoyed the spacious King Room with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains, and the serene river nearby was good to wake up to each morning.

The double room was spotless with a mountain view. The room had air conditioning, a minibar, and a work desk plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures. The location was absolutely gorgeous and prime, at a walking distance from Phong Nha. The staff were caring and extremely friendly, everything was lovely.
